Plan your day: Early Years Garden Party

It's less than one week till the Early Years Garden Party - and we're really excited.
Gates open at 11am and we close at 2pm.

Here's a little more information to help you get ready. 

  • TOKENS: To make it easier for everyone, we sell tokens both in advance and on the day, which then you use to pay for things at the stalls. The tokens come in bags of 10 for £5 (50p per token). These tokens can be used on all our stalls, except the Bar and HotDog stalls. 

  • BUYING TOKENS: Between 6-9 May, at drop off and pick up - we'll be selling the tokens at both the Elsinore and Kilmorie Rd school gates. We will only be able to accept card when purchasing at the gates. And don't worry, if you can't get there this week, you will be able to purchase on the day too. 

  • OTHER PAYMENT TYPES: Tokens and cash can be used on all our stalls, except for the Bar and Hotdogs. If you are using cash, the more coins or small notes, the better, as we don't have a huge amount of change on site. 

    Card payments are available on most stalls, except the games. Please be aware that we have a £1 minimum.

  • PRICES: So that you can plan in advance (and buy tokens accordingly), here's an idea of the prices you can expect
    • Sweets & ice lollies - ranging from £1.50 - 50p
    • Pink Lemonade (homemade) - £2.00
    • Hotdogs - £3.00 (card only)
    • Toys - ranging from 50p - £5
    • Games - 50p-£1
    • Bouncy Castles - £3.00 for 5 mins
    • Drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic available) - ranging from £1.00 - £6.50 (card only)
Are you ready for Hook a Duck?

  • CAKE STALL: And after the success of the Open Garden event, and how many of you brought along wonderful bakes, we'd like to ask for your help again in bringing along cakes for this event. You can either bring them with you on the day, or drop them off at the office on Friday 9 May.

It's time for the Early Years Garden Party!

We are really looking forward to bringing you the Early Years Garden Party for 2026! We're just sorting out some of the final details, and we'll update this page regularly to let you know what to expect. (we'll let you know via What's App whenever we post new information here!) Here's the early info:  Date: Saturday 9 May Time: 11.30am - 2.30pm Nursery to Year 1 (but all age groups are welcome) What to expect:  It's a wonderful day out! We're planning bouncy castles, crafts, Pink Lemonade, Games, a 'find the bees' trail, Face Painting, Hot Dogs, 'Dads cafe', Bar, Toy stall, Nail Art, Find a friend and more.... Volunteers:   We can only hold these events with your help! We'll send out a sign up sheet for volunteers in a few weeks - we only need an hour of your time. More information coming soon.
