Countdown to the Carnival of Culture...3 days to go

3 days to go..here's what you need to know...

Tokens or card are the best way to pay!

We are working hard to become cashless - mainly because banks refuse to take large sums of cash these days, so banking your fundraising efforts is nearly impossible! That said, we're all parents here, and we know it's great to give your kids a specified amount and let them spend!

We will have some change available at the Carnival, but it would be great if you could exchange your cash for tokens, either before the event or at the event on the token stall. That way, the kids can still be in control of what they spend, but we won't have to argue with the banks!

Please be aware: the Bar is Card only and the Games are token only.

Let them eat cake!

Please donate a cake or baked good (homemade or shop bought) so that we have a well-stocked cake stall at the Carnival - it's always popular and helps our fundraising pot hugely!

If you feel inspired to bring in something that represents your culture or country of origin, that would be amazing, but no pressure, we appreciate any and all cake donations!

Please bring in on Sat or drop it to the office on Friday.

All mapped out!

Not only will we have a giant map at the event where the kids can add a pin to the part of the world they or their family are from…

Here is the digital map of the school explaining where you to find everything on the day.

We're doing our bit to save the planet

At the fair, we're going to do our best to serve drinks at the bar in reusable, durable plastic cups and wine glasses.

Please don't throw them away! Drop them off in our REUSE points, and we'll wash them, ready for the next customer!

Please note: the Bubble Tea can only be served in single use plastic cups - but they are recyclable! So please pop them in the right bin. Lemonade is served in coffee cups that can also be recycled.

Performances galore!

We've got a number of different performance for you and the family to enjoy!

12-1pm: Our very own Kilmore kids are performing

1-2pm: Hour of pre-chosen tunes

2-3pm: A local band will take to the stage - but not just any band - this one is made up of local secondary school kids - many of which are ex-Kilmorie pupils!

Also - please note that ann under 16s need to accompanied by an adult.

It's going to be epic!

If you want to know something but we haven’t got here – please leave a comment and we’ll add it to the list!

We’re really looking forward seeing you!
